On March 27 2023, the Board of Directors and Management of Krakatau Chandra Energi (KCE) visited the Directorate General of Electricity, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) for a direct audience with the Director General of Electricity, Ir. Jisman P. Hutajulu, M.M. related to the KCE electricity service program, discussion of certain natural gas prices, electricity tariffs and support programs for the Government's Net Zero Emission commitment.

On the same occasion, the Main Director of KCE, Mrs. Erri Dewi Riani accompanied by the Director of Operations and Commercial of KCE, Mr. Ari Azhar and the Director of Finance, Human Resources and Business Development of KCE, Mr. Harry M. Tamin, also conveyed the change in the company name to align with the vision and mission according to future corporate direction.
