In line with the company's commitment to the implementation of Good Corporate Governance, PT Krakatau Chandra Energi implements a violation reporting system (Whistleblowing System) in order to provide opportunities for PT Krakatau Chandra Energi employees and stakeholders to be able to submit reports regarding alleged violations of regulations, the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), as well as the values of business ethics and work ethics that apply, based on evidence that can be accounted for and with good intentions for the benefit of PT Krakatau Chandra Energi.

The whistleblowing system is expected to prevent and detect potential violations at PT Krakatau Chandra Energi. Complaints obtained from this whistleblowing mechanism need attention and follow-up, including the imposition of appropriate penalties in order to provide a deterrent effect for violators.

The types of violations that fall under the criteria to be reported are:

1. Actions that violate the Collective Labor Agreement and the Company's Code of Business Ethics and Work Ethics
2. Corruption
3. Bribery / Gratification
4. Theft / Embezzlement
5. Cheating
6. Dishonesty
7. Conflict of Interest
8. Abuse of Position / Authority
9. Unlawful acts (including the use of violence against employees or leaders, extortion, drug use, immoral acts, other criminal acts
10. Violation of taxation or other laws and regulations environment, mark-up, under invoice, labor and others
11. Violation of the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), especially related to the procurement of goods and services, provision of benefits and remuneration

PT Krakatau Chandra Energi may add and reduce this list of reportable acts to make it easier for company employees to detect reportable acts.

This Whistleblowing System is open to the public. Reports received will be responded to by the internal supervisory unit of PT Krakatau Chandra Energi before further investigation. The incoming report will be kept confidential.
