PT Krakatau Chandra Energi (KCE) and PT Bukit Eenergi Investama (BEI), a subsidiary of PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) which operates in the energy investment sector, signed a joint agreement regarding the synergy in the use of new, renewable energy and electricity services, on January 16 2024 as a form of EBT business development.

The signing of this MoU is a new step in developing the Service Business Unit (SBU) business as well as reinforcing its commitment to becoming a reliable and competitive EBT solutions and electricity services company in Indonesia.

The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding was attended directly by the Main Director of KCE, Erri Dewi Riani and also the Main Director of BEI, Biverli Binanga and witnessed by the Board of Directors and Management of both companies. PT Krakatau Chandra Energi continues to be committed to supporting the government's target of creating a better life in the future.
